Our urethane casting process is ideal for low-to-medium production volumes—typically 10 to 1,000 parts—and supports a wide range of colors, surface finishes, and material properties. Parts can be custom color-matched, with textures captured directly from the mold cavity to ensure consistent, repeatable quality. To maintain tight tolerances and visual excellence, every part follows a five-point inspection plan across three distinct stages of manufacturing, ensuring both aesthetic and dimensional accuracy for end-use applications.

For projects requiring additional functionality, we offer in-mold and overmold solutions, including multiple Shore A rubber options and fiber-reinforced urethanes that can increase part strength by up to 10x.
