Vincenzo has a proven record of leadership, supporting and achieving desired business outcomes through his expertise in change management, business improvement systems, leadership development, and team building.
Throughout his career, Vincenzo has demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing systems, quality control, supply chain management, and new product development. Before joining ADDMAN, he served as the Vice President & General Manager at Avibank Manufacturing, Avibank Services, and AVK, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and business growth.
Vincenzo’s educational background includes studies at the University of Michigan, where he further honed his skills and knowledge, equipping him with the tools to excel in his leadership roles.
