Mark Saberton

Meet Mark Saberton, the founder of ADDMAN. He brings over 25 years of experience in technology and business development to the team. Mark’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found ADDMAN, where he leads a team of experts in additive manufacturing. He has a passion for the industry, and his leadership has been instrumental in ADDMAN’s success. Mark believes in building strong relationships with clients and partners, and he is committed to making ADDMAN a leading provider of additive manufacturing solutions.

Bob Markley

Bob Markley is an experienced entrepreneur and visionary who has been at the forefront of the additive manufacturing industry since its inception. Bob founded 3rd Dimension Industrial 3D Printing in 2013. And joined ADDMAN as their first acquisition in 2021. Having been an early adopter of metal additive technology, Bob has established a reputation for himself in the aerospace, racing, and consumer goods industries by producing high-quality 3D-printed parts. He is a distinguished innovator and operator, having been recognized by the Additive Manufacturing User Group (AMUG), and has also served on the Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership Advisory Board. With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, and operations, he is committed to using technology to drive growth and innovation.

Dr. Youping Gao

Dr. Youping Gao Ph.D 🦕 is the Chief Scientist and EVP of Technology for ADDMAN. He founded Castheon Inc. in 2016, which was acquired by ADDMAN in 2022, as a premier additive manufacturing research, development, and production service bureau. The organization specializes in the development of robust Laser Powder Bed Fusion processes for aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial-based customers.  Dr. Gao brings over 30 years of experience in hypersonics and rocket propulsion and received NASA’s first production certification for AM-produced parts to be included in mission-critical hardware for manned spaceflight. As a true innovator in the field of metal additive manufacturing has developed the iconic “Gao Block”. The Gao Block is a physical metallurgy-based creation that accelerates and enhances the improvement of AM parameters and microstructures, resulting in the strongest possible material strength. Not only does it quicken the AM process parameter development, but it also helps enhance the microstructure for top-notch material qualities. A seamless build of a Gao Block without any distortions is a clear indicator of successful AM parameters for a particular alloy. Dr. Gao’s extensive knowledge and innovative mindset have paved the way for cutting-edge advancements in additive manufacturing, making him a highly respected leader in the industry.

Bob Bechtold

In 1977, Bechtold founded HARBEC in Ontario, New York, with a mission to provide high-quality, sustainable manufacturing solutions. Under Bechtold’s leadership, HARBEC has grown from a small tool and die shop to a thriving manufacturing company with a global reputation for excellence. Today, the company serves various industries, including aerospace, defense, medical devices, and consumer products. Bechtold is a recognized leader in sustainable manufacturing and has been recognized with numerous awards for his work in this area. He has also been a strong advocate for the use of renewable energy sources and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in manufacturing. Throughout his career, Bechtold has demonstrated a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community engagement. He continues to lead HARBEC with a vision of providing cutting-edge manufacturing solutions while promoting a sustainable future for generations to come.

Jay Dinsmore

Jay Dinsmore is the former CEO of Dinsmore Inc. and is currently the Executive Vice President for ADDMAN. He is an outspoken advocate and educator for additive manufacturing and 3D printing technologies. With over 31 years of experience in the AM industry, Jay brings his in-depth understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and design to help connect people with the right technology.
