Eric Sonksen serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at ADDMAN, where he leads strategic people initiatives across the organization.
With over 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development, he brings to ADDMAN a focused approach fostering high-performing teams and a culture of collaboration. Prior to joining ADDMAN, he held leadership roles at VT Industries, Wells Enterprises, and Palmer Group, driving HR strategy and workforce growth across diverse industries.
Eric holds an Executive MBA from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Briar Cliff University.
