ADDMAN at ICAM 2026: Haley Cook to Present on Fleet-Scale Additive Manufacturing Certification

ADDMAN is proud to participate in ICAM 2026, where Haley Cook will present her research, “From Qualification to Equivalency: Fleet-Scale Statistical Framework for Additive Manufacturing Certification Across Distributed LPBF Systems.”

As additive manufacturing continues to mature from prototyping into production, one of the industry’s greatest challenges remains certification at scale. Haley’s presentation explores how statistical frameworks and data-driven methodologies can help manufacturers move beyond repetitive machine-by-machine qualification and toward true production equivalency across distributed laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) systems.

The work highlights the critical role of structured manufacturing data in building scalable qualification architectures—enabling greater confidence in part performance, improved process consistency, and more efficient certification pathways across fleets of machines.

This topic is especially relevant to aerospace, defense, and other mission-critical industries where additive manufacturing is increasingly being leveraged to strengthen supply chains, improve sustainment strategies, and accelerate innovation.
