Stuart Gallup serves as the Sr. Director of Customer Experience at ADDMAN Engineering, bringing over 20 years of Sales Operations expertise and a passion for fostering exceptional client relationships. With a strong background in customer relations, Stuart has consistently driven customer satisfaction and engagement through innovative strategies and personalized service.

At ADDMAN, Stu’s role spans far and wide, from leading the On-Demand Customer Experience (ODCx) team to taking charge of program management, business development, and sales support. This strategic move promises a seamless approach to customer programs and projects, amplifying efficiency and communication. His commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration ensures that every project aligns with ADDMAN’s high standards of quality and excellence. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of the dynamic needs of customers marks Stuart’s leadership.

He was responsible for total P&L and consistently produced a positive EBITDA across the entire operation. Stuart has a proven track record of implementing business development strategies and developing teams to exceed sales targets. He also served as the project lead for the 100+ seat implementation of the Rootstock ERP system on the Salesforce.com platform for worldwide operation and the project lead for the 50-seat implementation of the RingCentral call center phone system.
